Mubarak Osman is an Investment Manager at CIH Group and an Associate on the Africa Capital Advisors (ACA) investment team. He supports deal sourcing, diligence, financial modelling, and transaction structuring across sectors, with a focus on disciplined underwriting and post-investment value creation.

At CIH Group, he analyzes and recommends investment opportunities across diversified sectors, executes financial, commercial, operational, and risk diligence, and supports portfolio companies through governance and operational improvement initiatives. Previously, he was an Investment and Venture Building Associate at Factor[e] Ventures, where he developed venture concepts across energy, agriculture, and mobility, supported venture building across studio companies, and led grant funding initiatives. He also co-founded and led programs at The Fishbowl Challenge, a grant-funded global venture builder focused on Ag-Tech, Health-Tech, and clean energy.

He has worked across Kenya and South Africa and supports ACA’s mandate to structure and diligence dollar-denominated private market opportunities for African-based capital. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the African Leadership Univesity.
